TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 
  • The standard lead time for a single box is 3-4 weeks plus delivery. This may vary according to how busy we are so please ask if your order is urgent. On occasion we can accommodate shorter lead times. The lead time for any box begins from the day when payment is received.

    1. Within 2 working days of your enquiry Tom will create and email a mock-up for you. This can then be altered once in area, aspect or scale if you so wish.

    2. Once you are happy with design confirmation of box type and payment can be made via the website.

    3. On receipt of payment your Contour Box is automatically booked in. You will receive an email confirming this.

    4. A week after placing your order you will be contacted with an update on progress and prompted for your inscription if you would like one.

    5. Prior to dispatch you will receive a photo of your finished box.

  • We ask for your particular care and attention when ordering your Contour Box.

    All bespoke boxes are hand made to order with your own unique choice of location. Payment will represent signing-off on this design. We therefore do not offer refunds.

    In the event of damage during delivery we will replace like for like.

  • At Tom Aylwin Contour Boxes, we respect your privacy, and will never sell, trade, or otherwise distribute, your personal information to any one else. We collect your personal information only for the purposes of completing your order.

    To complete your order we will need: your address, the delivery address, your email address (to send confirmation of your order to and any other order details), and your phone number for urgent questions about your order or for the delivery form (if using a courier service).
